Great service love the coffee but out of snack which I am gaining weight so I don’t need it any how
I just wanted to share the great experience I had with South Austin Nissan, and specifically my Salesman Dean and his manager Carlos. I went in to trade my 1993 Ford F-150 as my ac system went out and it was too expensive to fix. I went in and told Dean that I needed to get into something that got decent gas mileage, ac had to work, and the payment needed to be under 175 with no downpayment, just my trade. Well within 5 minutes Dean had pulled around a 2008 Chevy Impala that looked great and was in my price range. Within a hour I was in finance signing paperwork and leaving with my new car. Right when I got home I noticed the key fob was not locking and unlocking the car so I called dean and went back in to see if they could help. Not only are they getting the locks fixed, but they gave me a loaner to drive around while it was being fixed. They could have very easily just put me back in my truck with no ac, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Thank you Dean and Carlos y’all were awesome
Fantastic experience from start to finish! I have worked with previous ownership in the past (South Point Nissan and Clay Cooley Nissan) and the difference is night and day. Never once felt pressured into buying, which made the decision to ultimately purchase even more satisfying. From the sales team to management and even finance; every one my wife and I spoke with went above and beyond to create a 5 star experience. Highly recommend!
I just want to say that Andrew C. was awesome!! He definitely knows his cars. As soon as I got to the dealership I was looking at a couple of cars and next thing I hear is the car turn on. He came outside and introduced himself. Very nice guy.He showed me the car inside and out and all its features. I took it for a test drive and loved it.I was a little under the weather and just wanted to sign the papers and leave asap but it took a while, which sucked, but they only had one finance person so that wasn't his fault. Other than that I just want say 'Thank you Andrew! I love my car!'
